An efficient helicopter alternative
Traditionally helicopters are utilised as a platform for Airborne Observation. The helicopter operates from conventional airfields, and requires neither hovering nor vertical flight at any stage of the mission. It provides merely slow, safe, stable flight, while giving the crew maximum visibility and protection.
Seabird's aim during the design and development of the Seeker was to provide an airborne platform with the ability to gather environmental, demographic, and security information in a more reliable, safe and cost effective manner than other platforms. The structure and configuration is optimized for the fitment of electro-optical sensors and equipment for special missions.
